Pre-sweetened Whipping Cream, 22-27% Vegetable Fat for Pastry Shops and Ice Cream Parlors
The pre-sweetened version is ideal for decorating and filling cakes and creating Chantilly cream, mousses, and ice-cream cakes. The high yield is one of its strengths: once whipped, it increases its volume by 3.5 times and, unlike animal-fat based cream, it can be frozen. This cream is also characterized by high consistency: the whipped product remains so for a long time without collapsing and does not show syneresis (separation) effects. Whipping time from 3 to 5 minutes.
The unsweetened version is characterized by a milky taste and can be used for savory recipes and cooking preparations or, with the addition of sugar, for confectionery processing. Once whipped, also this cream remains consistent for a long time without collapsing. The recipe can also be made using NON-HYDROGENATED vegetable fats.

Catering cream with a vegetable fat content ranging from 15% to 23%

Bases for UHT Italian artisan ice cream
A liquid UHT processed product that allows obtaining delicious and top-quality ice cream. It is a mix without any preservatives, homogenized at high pressure, ready to be transformed in ice cream, simply by pouring it in an ice-cream making machine or soft ice machine. **This recipe can also be made with NON-HYDROGENATED vegetable fats. The special feature of these bases is that they preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product intact, with no changes in color and taste even if they are subject to high-temperature processing (140°C) and are transported at 20°C without the need for a cold line with significant cost savings. Shelf life 12 months

Custard
This UHT custard is a preparation made of eggs, sugar, milk, and flour, used in many confectionery products. It can be served as a dessert or used as garnish or filling for cakes, sponge cake, cannoli, fritters, and many other confectionery products. This recipe can also be made with NON-HYDROGENATED vegetable fats.

Chocolate
It is a liquid UHT product for a variety of uses. It is a drink based on cocoa and chocolate, dense and creamy, ready for use. To achieve an optimal cup of chocolate, just heat using a chocolate-maker or microwave or the steamer of a coffee machine. If poured in a slush machine, it becomes a fresh and delicious summer drink. This product can also be used as a topping and to prepare delicious cakes and desserts. This recipe can also be made with NON-HYDROGENATED vegetable fats.

Lemon flavored sorbets and other flavors on request
A sorbet is a particularly light and thirst-quenching cold dessert generally served in the middle of a large meal to aid digestion. For sorbets served at the end of the meal, vodka can be added to the lemon juice making the mixture softer and creamier. A UHT product is a fresh drink to be enjoyed at any time of the day. Milk with Vegetable Fat
A vegetable milk used in confectionery production, ice creams and food and gastronomy in general. An excellent substitute for whole milk since it is obtained from milk proteins and from skim milk enriched with vegetable fat (coconut).
** This milk-based drink can be fortified with the following vitamins: Vitamin C, Nicotinamide Acid, Vitamin E, Calcium D-Pantothenate, B6 Vitamin, B2 Vitamin, B1 Vitamin, Folic Acid, Biotin, and Vitamin B12. Furthermore, it can be turned in an optimal chocolate drink manufactured in 250 ml brik. This recipe can also be made with NON-HYDROGENATED vegetable fats.

Almond Milk
Almond Milk is a 100% vegetable drink, gluten, cholesterol and lactose-free. Ideal for a nutritious breakfast, a delicious afternoon snack or for a refreshing after-dinner drink. It is considered a valid substitute for traditional milk and is rich in important nutritional elements such as: vitamin E, zinc, copper, iron, phosphorus, proteins, folic acid, potassium and magnesium. It is a drink that must be consumed extremely cold! It can also be used in the preparation of sweets, from patisserie to ice creams.

Soya Milk
It is a soya drink that can be enjoyed in several ways: alone as a milk substitute or used in the preparation of any sweet, from patisserie to ice creams. It is an excellent product for the preparation of drinks and it can also be frozen.

Rice Milk
It has a natural and delicate flavour thanks to its lightness and sweetness. These features make this rice-based drink a perfect substitute for milk. It can be used for food production, resulting in excellent flavour and quality.
